Privacy and cookie policy

This policy describes how personal data is processed on safetoken.ch. Analytics and Ads are only activated if SafeToken actually configures them.

Contact form and purposes

When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, subject and message to respond to your request and manage business correspondence. The legal basis, as applicable, is pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries.

Hosting, security and reCAPTCHA

The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent abuse. When the form is used, this service may transmit technical information to Google (including IP address, browser information and security signals). Its necessity and compliance should be assessed separately.

Google services and optional cookies

Google Search Console monitors search indexing and does not require a tracking tag on public pages. If enabled and accepted, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions. If enabled and accepted, Google Ads measures conversions and may personalize advertising. Google may receive technical data and identifiers depending on the enabled features.

Your choices and withdrawal

Optional cookies and tags load only after consent. You may accept, reject or customize analytics, ad measurement and personalization separately. You can change your preferences at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your preference is stored locally in your browser.

Retention periods

Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to respond and follow up, then in accordance with applicable obligations. Consent preferences remain in your browser until changed or local data is cleared. Retention periods for Google Analytics and Ads depend on the settings actually used and must be specified before activation.

Your rights

Under applicable laws (Swiss FADP and, where relevant, GDPR), you may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact contact@safetoken.ch. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.

Providers and international transfers

Infomaniak provides hosting. Google may process information through its services and infrastructure, including outside Switzerland and the EEA, subject to applicable safeguards and terms. See Google’s policies for more information.
